#### ***Forgot Your Password?***

1. Go to the login page (app or web portal) and select **Forgot Password** below the login fields.

2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

3. Click **Reset Password**.

4. Check your inbox for a password reset email (check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes).

5. Open the email and click **Reset Password**.

6. Set and confirm a new password, then log in with your new credentials.

#### ***Changing Your Password While Logged In?***

1. Log in to the platform.

2. Click your profile initials/avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Select **Personal Settings** from the dropdown menu.

4. Open the **Security** tab.

5. Under **Change Password**, enter your current password, then your new password (and confirm it).

6. Click **Change Password** to save. The new password applies immediately.
