How do I reset or change my password?

If you're locked out of your account, or just want to update your password while logged in, use one of the two flows below. Forgot Your Password? 1. Go to the login page (app or web portal) and select Forgot Password below the login fields. 2. Enter the email address associated with your account. 3. Click Reset Password. 4. Check your inbox for a password reset email (check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes). 5. Open the email and click Reset Password. 6. Set and confirm a new password, then log in with your new credentials. Changing Your Password While Logged In? 1. Log in to the platform. 2. Click your profile initials/avatar in the top-right corner of the screen. 3. Select Personal Settings from the dropdown menu. 4. Open the Security tab. 5. Under Change Password, enter your current password, then your new password (and confirm it). 6. Click Change Password to save. The new password applies immediately.

How do I correct information on my account?

When you log in for the first time, you'll see a review page showing your personal and employment details. This page only appears on your first login, so check it carefully. Reporting incorrect information 1. Click the flag icon next to the incorrect field. 2. Enter the correct information. 3. Submit the update. Once submitted, a notification is sent to your employer, who will review and either approve or reject the change. Updating your details after your first login After your first login, you can still update your own personal details (such as contact information) directly: go to your profile initials → "Personal Settings" and use the same flag-and-submit process described above. Employment details (such as salary or job title) cannot be self-updated — those can only be changed by your employer.

How do I make a Voluntary Subscription?

A Voluntary Subscription is an optional additional amount you can invest in your End of Service Benefit, on top of the mandatory Basic Subscription your employer pays. It's deducted directly from your salary. Making a Voluntary Subscription 1. Your account must be verified (KYC) before you can make a Voluntary Subscription. 2. Log in to your account, select your employer from the left panel and go to "Subscriptions". 3. Then input the subscription amount, Voluntary Subscription can be up to 25% of your full monthly salary, including allowances. 4. Before confirming, you'll be asked to acknowledge that you understand the investment risks and have reviewed the relevant fund documentation. 5. Confirm your subscription. Your first Voluntary Subscription request requires your employer's approval (they can only approve it, not reject or modify it). From your second request onward, you can change the amount yourself with no employer approval needed. Your Basic Subscription amount is set and paid by your employer and cannot be changed by you. The verification process requires you to submit a copy of your ID document and proof of address.

How do I withdraw Voluntary Subscriptions?

Unlike your Basic Subscription, your Voluntary Subscription can be withdrawn in full or in part at any time, during or after employment. 1. Go to "Withdrawals" in your account. 2. Enter your full UAE bank account details then the amount you want to withdraw. 3. Click "Withdraw Funds" (this option only appears once your bank account details and KYC verification is complete). To complete your verification you will need to upload a copy of your ID and proof of address documents.

Are there any penalties or fees for withdrawals?

No — there are no penalties or redemption fees for withdrawing funds under the Savings Scheme. Withdrawals are only permitted under specific circumstances: broadly, Basic Subscription funds become available for withdrawal only after you leave your employer (and only if you have at least one year of tenure), while Voluntary Subscription funds can be withdrawn partially or in full at any time during or after employment, once your account has completed AML/KYC verification.

How much can I contribute as a Voluntary Subscription?

The Voluntary Subscription cannot exceed 25% of your gross salary, either monthly or annually.

Can my employer enroll me in the end-of-service benefit scheme without my consent?

For basic subscriptions in respect of skilled and unskilled workers, the decision to enroll in the Emirates NBD End of Service Benefit Fund is solely at the employer’s discretion. Voluntary subscriptions however, are optional and entirely the employee's decision.

How and when do I need to complete the employee verification?

You only need to complete the employee verification when you would like to switch funds, make voluntary subscriptions or make a withdrawal. Verification involves completing the platform’s AML/KYC process. Step 1  -  Start verification Navigate to “Subscription” and click “Proceed to Verification”. Step 2  -  Upload documents Upload a valid identity document and proof of address as requested. Step 3  -  Submit Click “Continue” to submit the documents for review. The review process typically takes up to three working days. You will receive an email once reviewed, this will confirm if the documents are accepted or if any further action is required to verify you. If the documents are blurry or unclear you will be asked to resubmit a clear copy. Account status can also be checked at any time on the dashboard. If verification is taking longer than expected, please do contact the support team.

How do I switch investment funds?

You can switch the Sub-Fund in which your Voluntary Subscription is invested at any time. To do so, select "Funds" from the left-hand menu, chooses a new fund from the available options, and click "Switch fund”. The Basic Subscription, along with any accrued and additional Basic Subscription amounts, is always invested in the fund selected by the employer and cannot be changed by the employee.

Where can I find all past transactions?

The Transactions section gives you a full view of all past activity on your account. To access it, you select “Transactions” from the left-hand menu. Transactions are displayed chronologically, grouped by month. Each entry shows the transaction type - such as Basic Subscription, Voluntary Subscription, or Withdrawal - the date it was completed, and the amount. Incoming amounts are shown in green and outgoing amounts, such as withdrawals, are shown in red.

What happens when I leave employment?

We will be notified of your exit date by your employer or via MOHRE. Funds are then automatically transferred to voluntary share class, until you make a redemption request. Once the transfer has been completed, you retain full access to the platform and can choose to withdraw the full amount, withdraw a partial amount, or leave the funds invested in the Voluntary Subscription indefinitely. The amount you are able to withdraw depends on your length of service: - Less than 1 year of service - You are not entitled to any Basic Subscription funds. The Basic Subscription is returned to the employer. If you have paid any Voluntary Subscriptions you will be able to withdraw these only. - More than 1 year of service - The Basic Subscription and Voluntary Subscription will be available to withdraw. To submit a withdrawal request, navigate to “Withdrawals” from the left-hand menu, enter the amount to withdraw, and click “Withdraw Funds”. The “Withdraw Funds” button will only appear once the AML/KYC verification has been completed and you have fully input your bank account details. Your withdrawal request is then reviewed, end of service details are confirmed, and redemption is validated. Funds are then transferred within 14 days to the requested bank account.
